Sydney Swatzell

Sydney is a Neuroscience major from Spokane, Washington. She is on the pre-medicine track with the goal of becoming a neurologist that specializes in treating substance use disorders or works with pediatric patients. Prior to the pandemic, Sydney assisted with imaging and cell counting for a circuitry mapping project and with the behavioral and surgical aspects of a behavioral pharmacology study. Currently, she works with us remotely on a data-mining project. In her free time, Sydney enjoys baking, making chocolate dipped strawberries, and staying active through hiking and yoga.
